The Organizing Committee of the U-17 Arab Cup meets.. as a press conference will be held for the coaches of the national teams

Today, Sunday, the Organizing Committee of the U-17 Arab Cup 2022 held a meeting in Oran, Algeria, headed by Mr. Abdelhakim Al-Shalmani in the presence of the tournament director, Mr. Hakim Madan, and members of the Organizing Committee; Eng. Ahmed Mujahid, Mr. Moaidh Al-Shehri, Mr. Muhammad Benouza, Dr. Adel Al-Awjali, Mr. Tawfiq Fershi, the representative of the Algerian Football Federation, Mr. Khalil Jalal, Mr. Muhammad Al-Raba’a, Mr. Tarek Atta, Mr. Mustafa Al-Hosani, and representatives of the various committees and the General Secretariat of the Union of Arab Football Associations.

During the meeting, the regulations of the championship were reviewed, as well as the readiness of all the supporting committees and the training and matches stadiums, and the approval of the list of referees.

The President of the Organizing Committee, Mr. Abdul Hakim Al-Shalmani, extended his thanks and appreciation on behalf of the Committee to His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, President of the Union of Arab Football Associations, for the confidence of the Federation Council in the Organizing Committee of the U-17 Arab Cup in its fourth edition, stressing that: “This confidence motivates us all to Putting great efforts into the success of this tournament”.

The President of the organizing committee also extended his thanks and appreciation to the Algerian Football Federation for the good reception and hospitality, and for all arrangements for hosting and holding the tournament from August 23 to September 8.

Tomorrow, Monday, the coordination meeting of representatives of all national teams will be held in the presence of the president of the organizing committee, in addition to holding an expanded press conference for the coaches of the national teams of UAE, Tunisia, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Iraq, Oman, Palestine, Comoros, Lebanon, Libya, Egypt, Morocco, Mauritania and Yemen.

On the other hand, the Referees Committee held a preparatory meeting with all the referees, during which Mr. Khalil Jalal reviewed the championship regulations, and all the laws and regulations related to matches.
