The Arab Federation is an independent body with legal personality and operates under the provisions of this Law and the Rules, Laws and Regulations of the International Federation and abides by all its decisions and instructions.

  • Your entry into these Rules means your acceptance of all the terms and conditions set out here, and any other conditions posted and updated on the Company’s Rules or website.
  • If you are not in agreement with these Terms and Conditions please do not use the Rules and Website.
  • ASEM reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove parts of these Terms and Conditions at its discretion at any time and without prior notice.
  • Please check this page periodically for any modifications. Your continued use of this website after posting any changes will mean that you have accepted these changes.

Copyright, intellectual property and restrictions on use:

  1. All content on this site, including the full texts of documents, design, images, programs, texts and other information (in general, “content”), is a property of the Arab Football Federation or its signatories. All of these contents are protected by copyright laws and regulations and other intellectual property laws.
  2. You may not copy, display, distribute, modify, publish, reproduce, store, transport or create derivative works or sell or license all or any part of the contents, or grammar products or services, obtained from this site in any way and for anyone, except as expressly permitted under applicable law or as set out in these Terms and relevant clauses or a joint licence or agreement.
  3. You can download or print content from the Site for your personal use only, not commercial use, provided that all copyright and other intellectual property agreements are not compromised.
  4. You may not override the limits of fair use of content including regular and large retrievals of the content of the Rules in order to create collections of research and studies or to build information bases, whether directly or indirectly or for any other reason. If the individual user exceeds the downloading of content files in excess of 200 files per day, this is considered a breach of the limits of fair and natural use of content. The Arab Football Federation has the right to prevent and withhold them from accessing content and to take appropriate legal action against it.
  5. It is categorically forbidden to use robot software, spiders, reptiles and other software or to access the rules via other unauthorized programs, as well as to use the software to collect and harvest mailings or email addresses from the site for inappropriate purposes or use them for commercial advertising purposes. The Company may be directly contacted if it wishes to inquire about legitimate purposes, or requests for permission to publish, reproduce, distribute, display or submit work derived from any content of the Rules and the Site in general.
  6. You may not use the rules or the AFL website to publish or distribute any information (including software or other content) that are illegal, infringe or infringe the rights of any other person, offend any party, pornography and vulgar material, contain viruses or other harmful components, or are not permitted by domestic and international systems. However, technical breakdowns and routine maintenance work may not allow God to discontinue the service for limited periods, with the Arab Football Federation returning the service as soon as possible. The Arab Football Association does not bear any damage that may occur during these periods.

Compensation:

The Arab Football Federation (managers, employees and shareholders) and licensed agents or licensed entities shall not incur any compensation or payment of defence costs and lawyers arising from your use of the website or content.

Law and Regulations:

These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to and shall be controlled and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any trial shall be for courts located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
