5 victories and a draw in the first leg of the first round of King Salman Cup for Arab Clubs

The matches of the first-leg of the first round of King Salman Cup for Arab Clubs 2023, organized by the Union of Arab Football Associations, were held over the past four days, through 6 matches, 5 of which were ended in victory against a single draw.

Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya from Iraq drew with its Saudi guest Al-Shabab, 1-1, at Palm Tree Stadium in Basra.

Karrar Nabil scored the goal of Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya, while Al-Shabab equalized through Aaron Bubenza, before the 2nd-leg match on April 16 at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium in Riyadh.

In the second match, Al-Hilal from Sudan achieved a 3-0 victory over Manama of Bahrain, at Al-Hilal Stadium in Omdurman.

Al-Hilal goals were scored by Fabrice Ngoma, Galoudi Maccabi and Mohamed Abdel-Rahman, while the two teams will play again in the second leg on April 10 at Khalifa Stadium in Manama.

Al-Muharraq from Bahrain defeated Al-Seeb from Oman 2-0, at Sheikh Ali bin Muhammad Al Khalifa Stadium, as the goals were scored by Victor Morelo and Hassan bin Haddush, before the second-leg match, at Al-Seeb Sports Stadium on April 4.

Kuwait from Kuwait defeated Algeria’s JS Saoura with a goal scored by player Mohamed Marhoon before the 2nd-match at Miloud Hadefi stadium in Oran, on March 21.

Mauritanian Nouadhibou defeated its Jordanian guest, Shabab Al-Ordon, 4-1, at Stade Cheikha Ould Boïdiya, as its goals were scored by Hamieh Al-Tanji and Othman Faye, with two goals each, while the goal of Shabab Al-Ordon was scored by Wassim Al-Abdullah, before the 2nd-leg match at Prince Mohammed Stadium in Amman, on April 12.

AS FAR from Morocco achieved a 4-1 victory over the Libyan team Al-Ittihad,
as its goals were scored by Mustafa Sahd, Adam Al-Nafati, Cando Joseph and Ahmed Hammoudan, while Al-Ittihad’s goal came through the player Moaz Issa, before their 2nd-leg match on April 12 at Martyrs of beninah international Stadium in Benghazi.
