Algeria and Yemen qualify for the semi-finals of the U-17 Arab Cup 2022

Algeria and Yemen qualified for the semi-finals of the U-17 Arab Cup 2022, which is being held in Oran, Algeria, and will continue until September 8.

At Mostaganem Stadium, Algeria won 3-1 on penalties against Tunisia, after the original time of the match ended in a 1-1 draw.

Algeria national team scored first through Mohamed Abdel Mujib, while Tunisia drew by Akram Al-Toubi, before the penalty shootout.

Also at Mostaganem Stadium, Yemen won 1-0 against Sudan, scored by Anwar Al-Tariqi from a penalty kick, to lead his teammates to the semi-finals.

The quarter-final stage will be completed tomorrow, Friday, with two matches, the first between Iraq and Saudi Arabia at 4:30 PM, and the second between Egypt and Morocco at 8:00 PM in local time, at Mostaganem Stadium.

The teams qualified for the semi-finals will have a rest on Saturday and Sunday, before the semi-final matches on Monday.
