The Tunisian team Club Sportif Sfaxien overcame Al-Hilal from Sudan and qualified for the group stage of King Salman Cup for Arab Clubs 2023, which will be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during July and next August.
Sfaxien defeated Al-Hilal in the second leg of the second round, with two goals scored by Aziz Al-Sayhi and Barakat Al-Hamidi.
The first-leg match ended with Al-Hilal victory with a goal was scored by the player Mohamed Abdel-Rahman from a penalty kick, at Stade Olympique Hammadi Agrebi in Rades.
Thus, the teams of the first group of the King Salman Cup for Arab Clubs were completed, and it includes Al-Ittihad from Saudi Arabia, Al-Shorta from Iraq and Esperance from Tunisia, in addition to Sfaxien.
