Arab Futsal Cup 2023 | His Highness the Governor of Jeddah crowned Morocco national team with the Arab Cup

His Highness Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, Governor of Jeddah, in the presence of His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Sports Badr Al-Qadi, the crowned Morocco national team with the Arab Futsal Cup “Jeddah 2023”, which was organized by the Union of Arab Football Associations and hosted by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation in Jeddah.

The administrative and technical staff and the players of the Moroccan national team received the championship cup and gold medals, while the Kuwaiti national team received the silver medals.

The final match came to conclude the championship, which was held this evening at the Ministry of Sports Hall in Jeddah, between Morocco and Kuwait, as the Moroccan national team won 7-1.

The goals of the Moroccan national team were scored by Ismail Amzal, Sufyan Shaarawy, Youssef Jawad, Khaled Bou Zaid, Sufyan Briet, Reda Al-Khayari and Suleiman Al-Omran (own goal), while the goal of the Kuwait national team came through Abdul Rahman Al-Taweel, as Anas Al-Ayyan from the Moroccan national team won the best player award in the match.

Samir Tafaf from the Algerian national team was chosen as the best goalkeeper in the Arab Cup, and Anas Al-Ayyan, the Moroccan national team player, won the best player award in the seventh edition of the Arab Futsal Cup, while Abdullatif Al-Abbasi, the Kuwaiti national team player, was crowned as the top scorer with 10 goals.

The Moroccan national team won the title of the seventh edition of Arab Futsal Cup to join the list of the historical record, after the Egyptian national team was crowned with the titles of the first and second editions, then the Libyan national team was the champion of the third and fourth editions, after which the Moroccan national team was crowned in 2021, 2022 and 2023 editions.
