Next Thursday, the fourth edition of the Arab Beach Soccer Championship, organized by the Union of Arab Football Associations and hosted by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, will start on the shores of the Red Sea in Jeddah, from 11 to 20 May, with the participation of 12 teams, will be launched.
That will be preceded by a meeting of the Organizing Committee on Wednesday to find out the latest preparations of all committees, followed by a preparatory technical meeting with representatives of the teams, then a press conference will be held for the coaches of the national teams to highlight the latest preparations for the tournament.
The results of the draw resulted in three groups, each group consists of four teams as follows:
The first group included Saudi Arabia, Mauritania, Morocco and Lebanon
The second group included Oman, Palestine, Kyrgyzstan, and Egypt,
The third group included UAE, Libya, Kuwait and Comoros.
It is noteworthy that the first edition of the Arab Beach Soccer Championship was held in Egypt in 2008, and the Egyptian national team won its title, and the Lebanese national team came in the second place, followed by the second edition in Saudi Arabia in 2010, when the Saudi national team won the title and UAE national team came in the second place, and then the third edition was held in 2014 again in Egypt, and its title was won by the Egyptian national team, and the Lebanese national team came in the second place.
